A: Yes

A: Approximately 5.25”

Q: What are the inner and outer diameters of the sleeve?

A: ID: Approximately 1″ OD: Approximately 1.5” but the material stretches.

Q: Would there be any clearance issues with the charging handle once installed?

A: It should be installed at the back of the tube. If it’s installed closer to the receiver it may interfere with the charging handle.
